Reviewing 2021 - A Guide

It’s been a very full on year for so many people. I wanted to do something a bit differently for subscribers to my newsletter so I’ve recorded a short guide to reflection for the year. It takes 20 minutes and you’ll need a pen and paper. The guide will take you through some key questions, simply set a timer for two minutes for each question and write down whatever comes up for you. Then, leave it and come back to it in the New Year to see what themes you notice:

For those of you who like to see things written down, here are the key questions:

What’s your overall sense of this year?

What themes have there been?

What specific moments do you notice?

What’s the insight from this year?

Who have you become?

What are you ready to leave behind?

What do you want to take with you into the New Year?
